N.B. To do successful setup Outlook with MS-CRM 2011 always check your machine time. goto http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/ and select your location and get the actual time in your location. Match the actual time with your machine time and the start with the outlook setup. Without the actual time below setup will not run successfully.
Step 1: First Close your Microsoft Outlook.
Step 2: Start > All Programs > Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 > Configuration Wizard.
Step 3: In the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 for Outlook Configuration Wizard window click on Add button.
Step 4: Enter the server url to CRM Online(Already selected)
Step 5: Click Test Connection.
Step 6: If necessary, click Change, to type to type your user name and password for the server. Then, click Test Connection again.
Step 7: In the Organization box, select the name of your organization. A display name for organization is shown in the Display Name box. If you want, type a different name for your organization.
Step 8: 1. If you want to automatically synchronize e-mail messages, tasks, appointments, and other Microsoft Dynamics CRM activities with the organization, select the Synchronize with this Organization check box.
Step 9: Click on OK.
Step 10: Start Your Microsoft Outlook
You will find the new added company in your left navigation bar.

You can synchronize information with only one organization. You can connect to or work with more than one organization. If you connect to more than one organization, they are both listed in the Navigation Pane.Step 9: Click on OK.
Step 10: Start Your Microsoft Outlook
